How to migrate my existing WordPress site

Free migrations are included with every hosting plan. We handle all the technical work — you just give us access.

What we need from you

• Your current hosting login (cPanel, SFTP, or wp-admin)
• The domain you want to use
• If keeping your current domain: access to your DNS provider

What we do

1. Take a complete backup of your existing site (files + database)
2. Restore on our infrastructure on a staging URL so you can preview
3. You verify everything looks right
4. We schedule a DNS cutover at a time that minimizes traffic impact
5. Re-issue SSL on the new server
6. Final QA + monitoring for 48 hours

Downtime

Typically zero. The site stays live on the old host during migration; we only switch DNS once you’ve approved the new copy.
